April’s weather in northeast Ohio can be fickle, to say the least. After a tease of springtime in late March, April brings us all back to reality in short order. In the space of a week, it’s not unusual to experience bitter cold and snow, torrential rains, damaging winds, and a beautiful, still, sunny day.
Regardless of the day’s weather, we can often count on an inspiring sunset. Indeed, this week we had our pick.
Writer, marketer, columnist, author, photographer, birder, walker, hiker, husband, father, grandfather, brother, son, township trustee, converted Anabaptist, community activist, my life is crammed with all things people and nature and wonder. My late father gave me this penchant for giving and getting the most out of life, my late mother the courtesy, kindness, and creativity to see the joy in life. They both taught me to cherish the people I am with. I try and fail and try again.

Love the windmill decoration here. We’ve had damaging winds here too–tore up one shutter on our house. Amazing how woebegone our rather new house looks with just one shutter dangling and ripped up. It looks like an unkempt haunted house …. 🙂
Simply beautiful. Thanks for sharing!
