Friends were in the Wooster area recently and she said the leaves are brilliant this year. What are the predominate trees in your area that produce the most color?

Elaine,
We are fortunate to have large stands of mixed hardwood surrounding our fertile agricultural lands. The trees are various oaks, maples, ash, sassafras, hickory, walnut, cottonwood, birch, beech, dogwood, and many more kinds.

Thank you ; Bruce for shareing your breath taking pictures , fall is my favorite time of the year not to mention the farmhouse is always been my dream home even though I know I couldn’t afford to make that dream a reality , I have a strong willed 17 yr old son has ADHD & Odd and I would have loved to had a farm place for him to grow up because he would have had a place that would have had positive affects on his life instead of the world of electronics ,internet , game systems that has been the ruining of the world 😦 but the Lord has blessed me with what I have had 🙌. I hope that you enjoy this little bit of my story of our life 😊 And know it was a blessing finding an enjoying your site 🙌 God Bless 🙌 🙏

Thank you so much, Rhonda, for sharing your story here. Indeed, today’s world is so much different for any child to grow up in given all the electronic distractions. They happen here, too.
Blessings,

Thank you Bruce. Autumn is also my favorite time of year. The colors are amazing. God outdid himself with this season. Your photos are also just as amazing. I live on the west coast in Wa. state so I am not privileged with Amish sights but people like you and Keven really bring them to life.
